FEDGLIDE PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: July 4, 2026 We take your privacy seriously — especially because the information you enter into FedGlide is sensitive financial and personal data. This page explains clearly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do (and don't do) with it. ──────────────────────────────────────── WHAT WE COLLECT ──────────────────────────────────────── When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Your password is immediately converted into a one-way hash — we store the hash, never the actual password, and cannot read it. When you use the retirement planner, we store the information you type in: things like your salary, years of service, TSP balance, retirement system, Social Security estimate, and other planning inputs. This information is what powers your personalized report. You can update or delete it at any time. If you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number. We only retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status so we know whether your plan is active. We also collect basic technical information when you use the app — which pages you visit, what browser you're on — mainly to keep things running and to fix bugs. We don't use this for advertising. ──────────────────────────────────────── WHAT WE DO WITH IT ──────────────────────────────────────── The data you enter is used for one thing: generating your retirement plan. Full stop. We also use your email to send you things you'd expect — a confirmation when you sign up, a link when you reset your password, a receipt when you subscribe. We don't send marketing emails without your permission. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. We don't use your financial planning information for any purpose outside of providing the FedGlide service to you. ──────────────────────────────────────── WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH ──────────────────────────────────────── To run FedGlide, we work with a small number of trusted technology providers. They process your data only as needed to provide their part of the service: • Stripe — processes your payment if you subscribe to Pro • Supabase — hosts our database (your profile data lives here, stored on AWS in the US) • Vercel — serves the FedGlide application • Resend — delivers emails like password resets That's the complete list. We don't have data brokers, analytics resellers, or ad networks in the mix. If we're ever required to share data by law (a court order, for example), we'll comply with that legal obligation — but we'll challenge any requests we believe are overly broad. ──────────────────────────────────────── HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA ──────────────────────────────────────── All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Your profile data is stored in a secured, access-controlled database. We keep things as simple as possible specifically to reduce the risk of mistakes. That said, no system is perfectly secure. If you ever think your account has been compromised, email us immediately at support@fedglide.com. One practical tip: when entering financial figures, round numbers work just as well as precise ones. You don't need to enter your exact TSP balance to the dollar — an estimate is enough and slightly reduces the sensitivity of your stored data. ──────────────────────────────────────── YOUR CHOICES ──────────────────────────────────────── You can view and edit all of your planning data anytime you're logged in. If you want your account fully deleted, email support@fedglide.com and we'll remove your data within 30 days. If you want a copy of what we have on you, just ask. ──────────────────────────────────────── COOKIES ──────────────────────────────────────── We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics that follow you around the web. ──────────────────────────────────────── A NOTE ON THE FINANCIAL DATA YOU ENTER ──────────────────────────────────────── We want to be completely transparent: the salary figures, account balances, retirement estimates, and other financial details you enter into FedGlide are yours. We use them only to compute your report. They are never sold, used for research, or shared with any third party.
