FEDGLIDE TERMS OF USE Effective Date: July 4, 2026 Thanks for using FedGlide. Before you dive in, here's what you should know about how this works, what we offer, and what we expect from each other. We've written this to be clear and readable — not to bury important things in legal language. ──────────────────────────────────────── WHAT FEDGLIDE IS (AND ISN'T) ──────────────────────────────────────── FedGlide is a retirement planning tool built specifically for U.S. federal employees. It helps you model your FERS or CSRS pension, TSP growth, Social Security timing, take-home pay, and other key numbers so you can see your full financial picture in one place. What FedGlide is not: a financial advisor, a CPA, a benefits counselor, or a licensed investment professional. Every number, projection, and estimate FedGlide generates is based on the information you enter and general planning assumptions. These are starting points for your thinking — not decisions you should act on without professional guidance. Before making any retirement, benefits, or financial decisions, we strongly encourage you to speak with: • A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or retirement income specialist • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for tax questions • A Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or HR benefits counselor for FEHB, FEGLI, and TSP questions • Your agency's HR or benefits office for official confirmation of your service record FedGlide helps you arrive at those conversations better prepared — it's not a replacement for them. ──────────────────────────────────────── YOUR ACCOUNT ──────────────────────────────────────── You need to be at least 18 years old to use FedGlide. When you create an account, keep your password private — you're responsible for activity that happens under your login. If you think someone else has gotten into your account, let us know right away at support@fedglide.com. ──────────────────────────────────────── FREE PLAN AND PRO SUBSCRIPTION ──────────────────────────────────────── Free Plan: The free plan gives you the full retirement interview, core report, and one saved profile — at no cost, with no credit card required. It stays free forever. Pro Plan: Pro unlocks advanced report sections (Social Security timing, SBP analysis, FEHB guidance, portfolio longevity, PDF export) and lets you save unlimited profiles and compare scenarios side by side. Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your Account page. You keep Pro access through the end of your billing period — no surprises. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Because you can use the full free plan before deciding to upgrade, we don't offer refunds on Pro subscriptions. If something isn't working right, contact us and we'll make it right. Price changes: If we change pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before it affects your subscription. ──────────────────────────────────────── USING THE SERVICE RESPONSIBLY ──────────────────────────────────────── Please use FedGlide for your own personal retirement planning. Don't use it to provide advice to others on their behalf, share your account with other people, try to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, or do anything harmful or illegal. ──────────────────────────────────────── YOUR DATA ──────────────────────────────────────── The data you enter is yours. We use it only to generate your report and save your profiles. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose unrelated to running FedGlide. Retirement rules change, tax law changes, and personal circumstances vary — so treat every number as an informed estimate, not a guarantee. FedGlide is provided as-is.
